MEET TIM & LOUANN PILAT!!
We are so grateful for Tim and LouAnn, who generously volunteer their time during our BECOMING U programming at The Depot. The impact they’ve had on our teens has been truly tremendous. They show up each day with compassion, patience, and a genuine heart to serve—meeting each teen right where they are and encouraging them to keep moving forward.
Tim and LouAnn understand that the teen years can be both exciting and challenging. It’s a time of growth, discovery, and sometimes uncertainty. Through steady support, listening ears, and consistent encouragement, they remind our students that they are seen, valued, and capable of great things. Sometimes the greatest gift you can give a young person is simply believing in them—and they do that so well.
They are always going out of their way to make each teen’s experience better, greeting them with warm smiles and caring hearts. Their kindness creates a safe space where confidence can grow, goals can be pursued, and hope can flourish.
